Dr. Brittany has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults in various seasons of life. She enjoys walking alongside her clients as they work to achieve their goals. She believes in individualized treatment for each client, taking into account the client’s unique profile of strengths and weaknesses. At the root of her approach is a deep commitment to building a strong therapeutic relationship and then utilizing cognitive-behavioral (CBT), dialectical behavioral (DBT), and behavioral (BT) treatment modalities to best serve the client.
Dr. Brittany also has experience with psychoeducational and psychodiagnostic evaluations for diagnoses related to neurodevelopmental disorders, depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, and others. Although she is not currently conducting psychological evaluations, her evaluation training guides her therapeutic approach, increasing the effectiveness of therapy.
